DESCRIPTION:Happy Hour Yoga is a community-based all levels yoga flow class. It is taught by rotating instructors that will bring their own flavor to the yoga experience. Expect an unwinding, rejuvenating, and calming practice to end your week.\nJust like “the traditional happy hour”, you are encouraged to bring a friend! Guests can attend this class for only $10 ($35 normally).\nPlease register for classes via the members portal ( https://oldtownhotsprings.org/members ) and make sure to unregister if you are unable to attend.
