We know that health and wellness doesn’t just stop at our gym or pools. Our community uses our facility as a jumping off point to provide the confidence they need to tackle their goals in life. The Old Town Hot Springs Adventure Club takes this one step further by supporting our community not only with the training and education they need to meet a goal, but the practical support they need while conquering that goal.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to rock climb but don’t know where to start? Do you dream of biking in Europe or completing a circuit hike in Patagonia? Let Old Town Hot Springs organize the whole thing, plus provide you with the physical and educational foundation you need to successfully complete your goal!
