Join Terri for a pop-up BODYPUMP class! BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to feel strong, fit and empowered – beginner to seasoned athlete!
Emphasizing muscular endurance by using light to moderate weights and high repetitions, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to class to allow for adequate setup time. Due to popularity, these classes tend to be on a waitlist. Attendees must arrive 5 minutes before class, or your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
