Learn to Lap Swim
Learn the basics of lap swimming with a swim instructor and coach. Perfect your stroke technique, learn drills, and work on skills like rotary breathing and flip turns. Come with a specific goal in mind or just to get more comfortable in the pool. Must be able to swim 50 yards consecutively of front crawl or breaststroke.
