Middle School Strength Training
The Middle School Strength Training program is designed for youth who are 10 years old through 13. Our focus is to teach young adults the fundamentals of strength training in a safe learning environment. This program is offered for 75 mins in the Functional Training Room. Class participants may start and finish at any time within the time frame of the class (4:00-5:15 PM).
