Row, Bike, Run
This 90-minute class involves rowing for 15 minutes on Concept2 indoor rowers, biking for 50 minutes on Stages indoor spin bikes, and walking/jogging/running for 20 minutes inside (treadmill) or outside. During this cardio-focused workout, we regularly change the stimulus and spread the workout across your entire body
