Joints, Bones and Balance
This class includes yoga movements with variations/modifications to support joint health (Arthritis), bone health (Osteopenia/Osteoporosis), and balance (both static and dynamic). This is a senior-friendly class that focuses on improving balance and strengthening joints and bones.
