Yoga with Jenny
Join Jenny Gabriel Shea for a summer yoga series. Each class will include vinyasa flow to warm up, Iyengar-inspired alignment, and muscle-releasing yin-style postures to end class. Students will use a variety of props to deepen their practice and wellness. Yogic philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation will be incorporated throughout each session.
