The room can be rented by businesses, groups or individuals for their next meeting or event in Steamboat Springs. Nonprofits can access to the room for up to two hours for free. The room can be divided into two and rented as a half room or the full room. Tables and chairs can be organized in a number of arrangements that meet the needs of your meeting.

Room Details

Room Size Full room is 20 feet by 40 feet.
Occupancy Full room: 75 Half room: 50

  • Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all supplies
  • 18 movable, wheeled tables are available that seat two chairs each. Each table is 5 feet in length.
  • Two 65 inch Sony Bravia internet connected smart TVs are available (one in each half)
  • Microphone and HDMI inputs are available. Standard audio input is available.
