Registered Dietitian
Job Summary:
The Dietitian will plan, implement, and provide nutrition services for Old Town Hot Springs Members, Guests, and Employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Obtaining client diet history for use in the development of special patient menus and diet counseling.
- Assists in counseling diabetic patients and others with special needs about dietary requirements for their illnesses.
- Interviews patients to get their reactions to the quality of food service and their responses to their recommended diets.
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to clients.
- Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
- Accuracy in preparing reports about patientsβ dietary requirements.
- Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and ability to apply evidence-based guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Education and Experience:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- At least 1 year of experience or internship in dietary department or clinical nutrition.

Front Desk Attendant
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Attendant will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Accepts money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased; validates checks.
- Scheduling massages and signing up members for classes
- Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
- Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Operate the cashier stations, computers, and phone systems
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Successful completion of on-the-job training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Climbing Wall Attendant
The Climbing Wall Attendant provides instruction to members and guests in a fun, professional, and safety-focused environment. The position grows and maintains impactful connections with members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and climbing instruction while maintaining the mission and core values of Old Town Hot Springs.
- Responsible for executing Belay Certifications, Climbing Wall Orientations, supervision for classes and special interest group rentals held at climbing wall.
- Encourage climbers to further develop their climbing abilities and physical fitness.
Position Requirements
- Previous indoor rock climbing and belaying experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Weekend availability required

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is essential in insuring that our members and guests have an exceptional experience here at Old Town Hot Springs. This position will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and repair activities of all areas of the facility, as well as making sure that we maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone. All activities performed will be in support of the Mission Statement and Goals of Old Town Hot Springs.

Essential Job Functions
- Perform cleaning related tasks required to maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Mostly inside, some outside.

Maintenance Technician

Swim Instructor
Job Title: Swim Instructor
Position Overview: The Swim Instructor, following American Red Cross guidelines, provides individual and/or group lesson instruction to students 6 months old β adults.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise students during class time and be responsible for their safety.
- Provide students will the opportunity to learn swimming skills based upon ability level and American Red Cross standards.
- Provide specific and constructive feedback to students verbally and via end of session report cards to enhance learning and understanding.
