Old Town Hot Springs is open to the public every day except Christmas and Thanksgiving. Please check out our hours of operation. We close the pools 15 minutes prior to the facility closing.

- Our downstairs lockers are free for day use.
- Sorry, no refunds allowed.
- You may bring coolers, including outside food & drink. Glass & alcohol is prohibited.

Sign our guest waiver before you arrive and save time at our front desk. A guest waiver needs to be signed on the day you visit our facility.

Access to our member-only locker rooms:
- Main floor lockers are day use only.
- Lockers located upstairs in the members-only locker rooms may be rented on an annual basis ($16 per month). Unassigned lockers may be used on a day use only basis. Any unassigned locker with a lock left on at closing will be cut and the contents removed.

Membership Terms
- All prices subject to change without notice.
- Family is defined as two adults and children under 24 years living at home.
- Memberships paid in full are non-refundable and run for twelve (12) or four (4) consecutive months.
- Annual Contract Paid Monthly memberships are prorated for the first month.
- Automatic Drafts – use your checking, savings, credit or debit card to set up automatic drafts for payments.
- For individuals wanting to cancel an annual, paid-monthly membership, you will lose the annual commitment discount that you received each month. There will be a charge equal to the difference between the annual, paid-monthly rate and the month-to-month rate for each month of membership used. The additional amount will be charged prior to cancellation.
- Membership freezes are not available.
- Lifetime Membership renewals are only available for current Lifetime Members paid prior to August 1, 2012.
