Introducing: Winter RAMP Up!

Led by Jeanne Bishop, Winter RAMP-Up is a 6-week program designed to build cycling endurance and strength. You'll gain a clear understanding of your FTP, how it impacts your training efforts, and the results you can expect from your hard work!

Join us Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 – 9:15 AM, January 14 – February 20.

Cost for the program is $99 for members and $119 for guests. We cannot wait to see you here!

Join OTHS for a transformative 6-week women's self-defense program! You’ll learn essential self-defense techniques rooted in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Classes will be on Tuesdays, from 6 pm - 7 pm starting January 7th. Cost for the program is $75 for members and $90 for guests.
