MetCon and Muscle
MetCon and Muscle is a dynamic 45-minute class blending the best of conditioning and strength. We kick off with a short, fast-paced full-body strength set to fire up your metabolism, then shift into slow, concentrated full-body strength, focusing on form and progression. Expect a variety of exercises designed to build lean muscle, improve stamina, and leave you energized. All levels welcome with scaling options provided.
