Seated Strength

Seated Strength is a senior-friendly, full-body fitness class designed to build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence in movement.  This class uses light weights and a sturdy chair for seated exercises or standing support. Participants work at a comfortable pace while targeting major muscle groups, helping maintain mobility, stability, and everyday functional strength. All movements are low-impact and easily modified, making Seated Strength ideal for older adults of varying fitness levels who want a safe, supportive, and effective workout.
