Our GRIT indoor cycling training sold out so fast that we decided to add another block of classes! GRIT 2 will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45 - 10 AM with Amy Charity and Katie Lindquist starting April 4. GRIT is eight, 75-minute power-based, targeted, and data-driven sessions with professional coaches! Secure your spot in the portal while spaces are still available 🚴
