It's time to break out the neon and leg warmers! Join Jean and Karen for our 80s Throwback Aerobics: Halloween Edition class tomorrow at 9 am. This high-energy aerobics class is packed with retro moves, throwback beats, and some Halloween fun. Costumes encouraged, good vibes, and a great workout guaranteed!

Also... Who remembers when the gym looked like this? 😆 We've come a long way!
