Adult Swim For Fitness
Swimming for Fitness focuses on refining the participants’ front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke strokes and turns, and building endurance with specific workouts. (The butterfly stroke and turn are optional.) Participants also learn skills and concepts needed to stay safe around water. Be sure to bring a swimsuit, goggles, and swim cap (kickboard, pull buoy, and fins are optional).
Please register for classes via the members portal and make sure to unregister if you are unable to attend. By unregistering, you allow those on the waitlist to join the class. If you are not a member, please use the guest portal here.
