HIIT
This High Intensity Interval Training class will alternate between bursts of high and low intensity exercises. It is designed to burn fat, increase metabolism, and build lean muscle fast. You will engage in a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups. This class is suitable for people of various fitness levels, as exercises can be modified to accommodate different abilities and intensities.
