Iron Stride Winter Sports Training
Strengthen your stride on the trails and slopes for winter sports. This class helps runners, skiers, skaters move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free. Each expert led session blends mobility work, gait analysis, and kettlebell exercises to improve stride efficiency, correct imbalances, and build resilient strength. No experience needed, just bring your athletic mindset.
