Middle School Strength & Conditioning
The Middle School Strength and Conditioning program is for athletes who are 10 years old through 14. Our focus is to teach young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program is 45 minutes in length and incorporates strength, conditioning, speed, explosive power, and flexibility.Β
