Row the Boat
This rowing class is for both novice and experienced indoor rowers interested in participating in group rowing workouts. Sessions will last for 45 minutes and will involve a series of intervals of varying length and intensity. Indoor rowing provides an aerobic, efficient low-impact workout while strengthening leg, arm, back, and core muscle groups. Appropriate for all ages, and instruction offered to those new to indoor rowing.
