Strength Core Stretch
This strength class will incorporate the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to target the back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps, as well as the lower body. There will be an emphasis on technique, posture, alignment, and lower repetitions using more weight. The strength portion will be complemented by pilates and a thorough stretch.
