SUP Yoga

Find your balance with this unique yoga experience on a stand-up paddleboard. Flow through gentle poses while engaging your core and calming your mind. No paddleboarding experience needed, all levels welcome. Space is limited to 10 participants. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get on your paddleboard so class can start on time. OTHS provides the paddleboards.

Please note: if you register for class and find yourself unable to attend, unenroll to give those on the waitlist an opportunity to attend the class.
