Tuesday morning’s class is a challenging, grounding Vinyasa practice that connects movement to breathe in a mindful sequence of yoga poses. Through breath and body awareness, this class cultivates physical and emotional opening. Note: This class is suitable for all levels – just let the instructor know, and they will help with any modifications!
