Old Town Hot Springs has launched a senior fitness program designed to form a community of like-minded seniors who are focused on fitness, nutrition, social interaction and overall leading a healthy lifestyle. The program will include fitness demonstrations, discussion, speakers, workout plans, exercise classes and more. Overall this group will be what the group wants it to be. Come attend a meeting and have an impact on the direction of the group.

When: Every Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 am

Where: The Old Town Hot Springs Community Room or on the OTHS Senior Tempo Facebook Group

Who: The meeting is open to everyone including non-members.

Classes: This meeting is not an exercise class however topics can include fitness.

Cost: The 10:30 am meeting is free and open to the community, although regular classes, hot springs or fitness center access require a membership or daily fee.
