Group Swimming Lessons
Old Town Hot Springs offers group swimming lessons year-round, starting as young as six months old. We offer a multitude of class sessions throughout the season to suit all schedules and ability levels.
Group Swim Lessons Suggestions
- All children should bring a pair of goggles.
- Apply sunscreen before coming to the pool.
- Use the restroom prior to class.
- No water shoes.
- Be available for pick up 5 minutes before the end of your child’s lesson.

Group Swim Lessons Policies
- There are no refunds or make up lessons for missed or canceled classes.
- No refunds for lessons are available once registered.
- Parents must stay at the facility during the lesson. Please feel free to watch the class from a distance. Swim lesson registration does not include facility use for parents during lessons.
- If parents or children wish to use the facility (pools or gym) before or after lessons, a membership or paid daily admission is required.
- Children must be fully bathroom trained to participate with the exception of Parent & Child classes. Children in Parent & Child classes who are not bathroom trained must wear a swim diaper.
- Lessons will be canceled for dangerous weather including excessive wildfire smoke, temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and lightning/thunder.
