Comphy sheets

Create a spa-like experience at home! We use these Comphy sheets on our massage tables at Old Town Hot Springs but they also are available in bed sheets, blankets, comforter covers, and neck pillows. They are soft, silky, and very luxurious. – Mindy Koermer, OTHS Massage Coordinator

Epsom Salts

I love Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution to help relieve muscle aches and pains, relaxes the body and calms the mind. This is great to do after skiing or snowboarding. – Ranada Townsend, OTHS Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer

Muscle Recovery

I love Revive Muscle Recovery CBD gel because it is a light and cooling anti-inflammatory gel that absorbs quickly into the skin. This gel is made with organically grown Colorado grown hemp- derived CBD oil. You can use it before a workout to help with muscle aches and pains, after a workout for inflammation or during a massage for a plethora of benefits. It can help with and ease arthritis, backaches, strains and tendonitis. Really you can use it anytime of day and feel the benefits of this amazing gel! – Mindy Koermer, OTHS Massage Coordinator

Skin Health

My ultimate guide to improve full body skin is dry brushing with the Earth Therapeutics Far Reaching dry brush, using long firm strokes going toward your heart before jumping into the shower or bath. Then use the Glytone Exfoliating Body Wash. This contains glycolic acid so you will a tingle on the skin (start off only using 1x per week working up to 2-3xs a week). This is working at exfoliating the dead skin and improving your texture and pigmentation. Once out of the shower and dry, use the Glytone Body Lotion…again this will tingle and sting slightly due to the level of Glycolic acid. After a month of continued use you will see an improvement in the texture and pigment of your skin. – Holly Harris, Fitness Director at OTHS and Esthetician

Relaxation

I love using lavender eye pillows to help me relax my mind and body, and to help me fall asleep. Here’s a great DIY Lavender Eye Pillow Easy Sewing Tutorial – Ranada Townsend, OTHS Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer
