Train for the Mountains You Will Climb This Summer

The program is every Tuesday & Thursday at 6 AM, starting April 16 through June 6.
Although we have had an awesome winter filled with powder days, we’ve got summer adventures on the horizon! Are you prepared to hike that 14er or crush that 20-mile mountain bike race? Make sure you’re in shape to tackle the mountains this summer with a dedicated, focused, group-personal training class. Spring fit is designed to go beyond your typical group exercise class to provide in-depth coaching and guidance to ensure you meet your summer athletic goals. A typical session includes a dynamic warm-up, legs and core work, and strength and conditioning.
The price for all 16 sessions is $130 for members or $150 for guests. Members may register online using the members portal, and guests may register here. Members and guests can also register by stopping by the OTHS front desk or calling 970.879.1828.
