Train for the Mountains You Will Climb
Get in shape and stay in shape so you can tackle any mountain this summer with a dedicated, focused, small-group personal training class with Mike Benedict. A typical session includes a dynamic warm-up and a full-body workout with a focus on functional strength and core in the functional training room. This small group class is limited to 8 participants.
8 weeks – 17 sessions
The program is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 AM from June 11 through August 1 (there is no class on July 4).
The price for 17 sessions is $125 for members or $140 for guests. Members may register online using the members portal and guests may register here. Members and guests can also register by stopping by the OTHS front desk or calling 970.879.1828.
