Roll It Out
Roll it Out is a floor class taught on small myofascial release balls. This is a great opportunity to slow down and engage in recovery fitness through the parasympathetic nervous system and your body’s intelligent healing processes. This technique increases range of motion, hydrates tissues, and encourages trigger point release while engaging the core. This class will empower you with self-care skills to enjoy in class, at home, or even take with you on your travel adventures. Wear form-fitted and longer clothing for best results.
