Les Mills Tone Pop-up
Les Mills Tone is a full body workout that combines cardio, strength, and core exercises to improve fitness and tone muscles. It incorporates a mix of high-intensity interval training, resistance training, and dynamic movements. Janet calls this the “all stages, all ages” workout.
