Yoga for Shoulder Joint Replacement 

Yoga for Knee Joint Replacement 

Whether caring for a delicate knee, ‘prehabbing’ for a replacement, or rehabbing post-surgery, yoga can play an important role in strengthening and increasing knee mobility. This 75-minute class will review anatomy, shoulder alignment, yoga props to use at home and in the studio, and modifications you can easily make to start a new practice or grow your existing practice safely and pain-free.

About Instructor Betsy Cook

Betsy Cook has 40 years of yoga and fitness teaching experience. She’s earned five 200-hour yoga certifications in Hatha, Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara Yoga, is currently earning a 300-hour yoga certification, and holds a BSc degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wyoming. She specializes in assisting her students in developing safe, alignment-based individual practices.
