No experience is necessary to join, and all ages and skill levels are welcome. Challenge yourself, grow stronger, inside and out, and become part of a supportive, empowering community through ATA.
When:
Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 pm in Studio B.
Investment:
$100 per month for members and guests. The first 20 people to register receive a free uniform! Participants are welcome to join anytime; class costs will be prorated.

Led by Certified Instructor Lisa Hornberger
Lisa is a 5th-degree black belt certified instructor who began martial arts training in 1994 and has over 20 years of martial arts teacher training. She is passionate about giving back to the community by sharing the life-changing benefits of martial arts.
