Join yoga instructor, Nikki Sjoden, for a yoga and meditation workshop that will focus on mind/body awareness as well as help to establish a self care routine centered around body positivity and confidence. You will stretch, strengthen, and snack! Yes, there will be snacks and fun music. Open to teens age 11 to 14.
