Join Old Town Hot Springs for three days a week of programmed functional fitness in small classes with personalized instruction that will build your strength, skills, and endurance so you can get out and do the things you love. You will be coached to use barbells, dumbbells, rowers, boxes, wall balls, kettlebells and more to take your fitness to a new level.
The program is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from October 9 through December 15 from 7:30 – 8:15 AM or 8:15 – 9 AM. W.O.D. is taught by four incredible instructors: Mike McCannon, Sarah Coleman, Annie Camacho and Ryan Zaesky.
