This club is for adults of ALL experience levels. The weekly summer sessions include a pool workout, a bike ride, a run, and some strength training. New drills, form analysis & triathlon-related discussions (diet, transitions, strength & conditioning, heart rate & power) will be incorporated every week.

Sessions are held every Sunday from 7 AM – 10 AM from June 18 – August 13.
Cost:
Members: $15 per session
Non-members: $29 per session
*Spring Tri Club members can use leftover punches for the summer sessions.

About Coach Joanne Orce:
Joanne has been a competitive triathlete since 2011 and a certified USAT triathlon coach since 2017. She has completed 7 full distance Ironmans (7 x top 10 Age Group placements), 20+ half ironmans, and many, many Olympic and sprint races. She is 5x All American and has qualified for and competed in Age Group Nationals and World Championship races.
Joanne was a co-founding member and President of the Northern Westchester Triathlon Club in New York and led the club’s Youth and Adult activities for 8 years. She has been a coach for Outrival Racing since 2018 and has coached several athletes to World Championship events.
Joanne enjoys educating her athletes on the best methods of training, proper nutrition, staying injury-free, and positive mental attitude. Her coaching mission is to help athletes of all abilities build confidence, maximize their athletic potential, and to achieve the best out of themselves.
In addition, Joanne is a professional artist and a patient, loving mom to 3 beautiful children.
