Run Speed Work at SSHS Track
Ready to ramp up your running speed? Track workouts are designed to develop speed in your running, rejuvenate your “old” routine, introduce new milestones(pace, time, distance), and find new run buddies! This class will include ladder intervals, fartleks, mile repeats, tempo runs, and, of course, warm-ups and cooldowns.
If you are training for a specific race distance or to improve speed and performance, or you simply would like to try something new, these sessions are for you.
