A 4-Part Small Group Personal Training and Mindset Coaching Experience

Join us for an exclusive four-part program series, FitMind. This immersive experience blends small group personal training sessions with mindset development coaching, focusing on navigating life’s transitions.

Led by personal trainer, fitness instructor, and life coach Reall Regan, this meticulously crafted program is designed to equip you with actionable mindset strategies, foster your inner leader, and deliver an energizing full-body workout. Each session is structured to not only invigorate your physical strength but also enhance your understanding and empowerment in your fitness journey.

When: Wednesday mornings from 5:45 – 6:45 AM.

Dates: March 26, April 2, April 9, and April 16.

Investment: $120 for members, $160 for nonmembers. Members may register online using the members portal, and guests may register here. Members and guests can also register by stopping by or calling the OTHS front desk at 970.879.1828.
