A 6-Part Fitness Training and Personal Development Coaching Experience


Join us for an exclusive six-part program series, FitMind, an immersive experience that blends inner leadership development with small-group personal training sessions.

Led by personal trainer, fitness instructor, and life coach Reall Regan, this meticulously crafted program is designed to equip you with actionable mindset strategies, foster your inner leader, and deliver an energizing full-body workout. Each session is structured to not only invigorate your physical strength but also enhance your understanding and empowerment in your fitness journey.

When: Thursdays at 5:45 – 6:45 AM from May 2 through June 6
Investment: $129 for members, $179 for nonmembers. Members may register online using the members portal, and guests may register here. Members and guests can also register by stopping by or calling the OTHS front desk at 910.879.1828.


Weekly Session Overview
  • Minds and Mobility (10 minutes): Start each session with engaging mobility movements and warm-up exercises. While you physically prepare, you’ll be introduced to the week’s mindset focus, setting a powerful tone for the day.
  • Full Body Strength & Cardio (40 minutes): Experience the dynamics of small group personal training, utilizing a diverse range of equipment like TRX, Bosu balls, Swiss balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, and rowers. These sessions are not just about exertion; they’re educational aimed at enhancing your knowledge of biomechanics, correct form, and targeted body areas.
  • Cool Down and Reflection (10 minutes): Wind down with a flow-style stretch session, reflecting on the mindset principle introduced at the beginning, integrating your physical and mental progress.
