Fit 4 Life

Held in our hot spring pools, this class is suited to those who want a gentle but challenging workout, or for those going through rehabilitation from injury.

H20 Deep

Held in the deep portion of our hot pool, this class focuses on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

Building Better Balance

This 45-minute class is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The class will focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints. This class is geared toward seniors but is open to all fitness levels.

Hydro Pilates

Hydro Pilates is Pilates in water! These are non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that will strengthen, elongate and stretch your full body. Practicing Pilates in water develops trunk stabilization, helps correct posture, enhances muscle strength and relieves stress. This head out of the water class can be held in chest deep or deep water, uses pool noodles and dumbbells, and incorporates a variety of movements from Pilates, barre, yoga and swimming.

Restorative Yoga

This restorative class aims to help yogis realign and reground physically, mentally, and emotionally in a warm studio setting.

Mat Pilates
