Whether you are looking to improve balance, build strength, reduce joint pain, or simply move your body in a supportive environment, our senior-friendly group fitness classes provide safe and effective options for all fitness levels. NEW: Seated Strength
Wednesdays from 1 to 2 pm in Studio A
Seated Strength is a new senior-friendly full-body fitness class designed to build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence in movement.
This class uses light weights and a sturdy chair for seated exercises or standing support. Participants work at a comfortable pace while targeting major muscle groups to help maintain mobility, stability, and everyday functional strength.
All movements are low-impact and easily modified, making Seated Strength ideal for older adults of varying fitness levels who want a safe, supportive, and effective workout.
Essentrics
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9 to 10 am in Studio A
Essentrics is a full-body stretching and strengthening program designed to decompress joints while rebalancing and lengthening muscles. This popular class focuses on gentle, flowing movements that improve flexibility, posture, and mobility without the use of weights.
Participants often experience an increased range of motion, reduced stiffness, and improved muscle balance, which makes this class especially beneficial for aging bodies.
Building Better Balance
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:15 am in Studio B
Balance plays an important role in everyday movement and fall prevention. This 45-minute class focuses on improving strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints.
Through targeted exercises, participants build stability and confidence in their movement. While this class is geared toward seniors, it is open to all fitness levels.

Fit 4 Life (Aquatic Class)
Monday through Friday from 7 to 7:45 am
Held in the healing waters of our big hot pool, Fit 4 Life is one of our most popular classes among the senior community. This 45-minute aquatic class offers a gentle yet effective workout that emphasizes strength, balance, stretching, and relaxation. The buoyancy of the water reduces stress on joints, making it ideal for those recovering from injury or looking for a low-impact workout. Everyone is welcome in this supportive and encouraging class environment.
Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:45 am in Studio A
Gentle Yoga offers a slower-paced practice designed for those who want the benefits of yoga without placing pressure on the wrists and shoulders. This class eliminates poses that require any wrist or shoulder weight bearing, making it an accessible option for individuals seeking relaxation, flexibility, and mindful movement.
Chair Yoga
Fridays from 10:30 to 11:30 am in Studio A
Chair Yoga focuses on slow, and purposeful postures, alignment, and breath work while using a chair for support and balance. This class allows participants to experience the benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, posture, and relaxation, while maintaining stability and comfort. The movements are soft and gentle on the body.

Pelvic Floor
Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11 am in Studio B
Pelvic floor health is an important but often overlooked part of overall health. This 30-minute class focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor through specific techniques and core exercises. Improving pelvic floor strength can help support posture, stability, and daily movement. This class welcomes all ages and abilities.
Introduction to Foam Rolling
Wednesdays from 11 to 11:15 am in Studio B
After the Pelvic Floor class, stick around for a 15-minute Introduction to Foam Rolling class where participants learn self-myofascial release techniques using a foam roller. The instructor explores how these techniques can help relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery.
Learning how to properly foam roll can help reduce soreness, increase mobility, and keep muscles functioning at their best.
