Cycle Stronger: Build Your Base, Conquer Your Goals
Winter RAMP Up is a structured 6-week program focusing on building cycling endurance and strength with an understanding of your FTP, what this means for your training efforts, and the expected outcome from those efforts. The program will start with endurance training, building each week in duration and intensity. The class will add in intervals to build strength and climbing over time.
If you have an event in the spring, this is a great program to prepare! Winter RAMP Up is designed to build back your cycling base if you are coming from your off-season. If you are new to cycling training, this is a perfect opportunity to learn and work in a controlled environment with workouts led by an experienced endurance athlete.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 – 9:15 AM, January 14 – February 20

This program is led by Jean Bishop, a 6-time Ironman finisher, 18-state marathon finisher, and multiple-century ride finisher.
