About The Speaker:
Courtney Long is a Registered Dietitian originally from Massachusetts with a lifelong passion for health, wellness and the outdoors. She earned her degree from Boston University and has worked as a dietitian since 2020, specializing in Hematology Oncology and Transplant & Cellular Therapies. Her goal as a dietitian is to help others improve their relationship with food and better understand how to balance fitness, nutrition and everything else life can throw at you.
