Empowerment Through Self-Defense: 6-Week Women’s Self-Defense Program
Join OTHS for a transformative 6-week self-defense program designed specifically for women, where you’ll learn essential self-defense techniques rooted in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This program focuses on empowering you with practical skills to protect yourself, build confidence, and enhance your personal safety.
The program features offensive techniques such as distance management, wrist releases and various escape methods. We will advance to defensive techniques such as the shirt choke, the armbar and the triangle. Each class builds upon the last, providing a solid foundation in self-defense while emphasizing practical application and safety. Classes are limited to 6 participants.
When: Tuesdays from 6 – 7 pm starting November 5 – December 10
Where: OTHS Climbing Wall
