Parking

There are currently 149 dedicated parking spots for members and visitors accessing Old Town Hot Springs as well as plenty of free parking located throughout downtown.

Main Parking Lot

Our facility is located at 136 Lincoln Ave. at the east or south end of downtown Steamboat Springs. The main parking lot holds 80 spaces between the upper and lower lots. Handicap or ADA parking is located in this lot next to the building. During busy times of the day and year, this lot will fill up. There is no overnight parking or oversized vehicles allowed in this lot.

Parking Lot C

Holding 69 spaces, this is the easiest place to park at Old Town Hot Springs and is located where the old tennis courts used to be. You can almost always find a spot in this lot. This lot is located off the alley on 3rd Street between Oak and Pine Streets. To access this lot from the ski area, head toward downtown on Lincoln Ave. After passing Old Town Hot Springs on your right turn right at the first stop light onto 3rd street and proceed straight through the first stop sign. Turn right into the alley after this first stop sign before reaching the second stop sign. A pedestrian bridge and underpass at the south end of the lot will lead you to Old town Hot Springs. If you have a larger vehicle or RV this lot is definitely your best option. There is no overnight parking in this lot.

Please note the parking lot on Old Fish Creek Falls Rd is closed for construction.
