Cardio Drumming
Cardio Drumming is a low-impact workout that people of all fitness levels can do. It can be modified for people with injuries or other limitations, it can even be done from a chair! CD combines an aerobic workout with drumming movements, although it requires no drumming experience or even a drum! The exercise involves using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket or step risers while listening to upbeat music. The workout targets your arms, legs, and body to increase your heart rate, flexibility, and strength. Come join the fun, you might even “beat” away some lbs.
