Yoga for Atheltes

Give your body the time it needs to recover with Yoga for Athletes. The benefits of yoga will not only help to improve balance, coordination, range of motion and flexibility for your fitness routine, but also give your mind an hour of rest and reset to deepen the connection between the mind, body & spirit. At this weekly class, you can expect a slow, mindful practice, connecting breath to movement. Incorporation of props to support asanas and movement. All levels are welcome.
